Most likely, every classroom in every school district in this country has at least one child affected by prenatal exposure to alcohol and drugs. These children can create significant challenges for the teacher and for other children in the classroom. This session will examine the normal learning process and how prenatal drug and alcohol exposure disrupts that process.
